Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer; any delay will be communicated by email.

Shipping & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid in full by the customer. We ship across Canada. Standard (tracked) and Express options are offered where available.

Tracking & Signature
All shipments include tracking. For orders over CAD $100, a signature upon delivery is required. If you prefer a signature for a lower-value order, please contact us after purchase.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Delivery
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the packaging and item. We will review and advise next steps. Le Doux Papillon is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery when tracking shows the package as delivered to the provided address.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipment will be billed to the customer.

Insurance
We insure shipments up to the value declared by the carrier. For higher-value purchases, insurance is recommended and may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
